Greetings!

My name is Elicia Nademin, and it is with great pleasure that I welcome you to my practice in Clinical Psychology. With today's ever-growing and diverse patient needs, I understand that emphasis on the integration of body, mind, and spirit is vital. With an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal therapy along with a background in behavioral medicine, I’m here not only to teach you to identify thoughts/behaviors that may be getting in your way of living the life you want, but also to help you change patterns and communications toward achieving a more enriching and fulfilliing lifestyle and relationships. While I see clients presenting with a variety of interests and conditions, I also offer focused services in behavioral weight management for those seeking a more healthy lifestyle and weight loss.

As one of few Iranian-American Psychologists in the valley with trilingual skills in Farsi, Spanish, and English, I am highly sensitive to cultural/developmental factors that may be playing a role in your overall wellness. My mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients work toward positive change in their lives. Investing in yourself is one of the wisest decisions you can make, and I would be honored to serve on your healthcare team. Please refer to “About Me” tab and services tabs for more details on my approach and services offered.
